The ATMS Case

A model of the world is a context, characterized by a maximal and consistent set of assumptions.

The initial situation corresponds to the environment constituted by all the assumptioons A1, A2, A3, A4, and A5.

The inconsistency of d2 and d7 causes the environment constituted by A1, A2, and A3 to be inconsistent. Therefore new models have to be considered, which correspond to:

• A1, A2, A4, A5,

• A1, A3, A4, A5,

• A2, A3, A4, A5.
