Quality Management
An organization that needs to prove its capability to fulfill adequate quality requirements (for any kind of product or service) should undertake specific actions:
1. its management should establish a quality policy, i.e. a defined and documented set of general objectives and guidelines specifically related to quality management within the organization [ISO 9000 87]
2. it should establish and maintain a documented quality system, i.e. an organizational structure, a set of defined management responsibilities, a set of specific processes, practices and available resources devoted to and exploited for quality management
