No direct communication is needed among KS.
Their cooperation is obtained by looking at the content of the BL.
The solution is built incrementally, i.e., one step at the time, and opportunistically, i.e. as an opportunity for contributing to the solution arises.
In principle, in some specific problem, it may proceed in parallel.
